  • Processing time:

    • Made-to-order pieces take 5-10 days to make

    • In stock orders ship within 1-3 business days

      ** We are a small, intentional brand, with real people who lovingly care for your orders. We do our very best to assist you and offer our best service, and we appreciate your kindness and patience while we do so.

  • After your order is shipped:
    DOMESTIC & CANADA: 7-10 days INTERNATIONAL: 4-6 weeks

    ** Timeframes do not include our processing time and all timeframes are based on business days.

  • Domestic USA Orders:
    Domestic orders over $180 qualify for free, standard USPS shipping

    International Orders:
    We offer worldwide delivery, and shipping costs are calculated based on your location at checkout

    ** Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

    If a package is “refused” or “unclaimed” at customs, we are only able to re-ship or refund your order once we have safely received the package back. Couriers do sometimes charge return fees, and any refund offered will be minus these fees.

  • At this time we do not offer refunds - however we do offer 30 day exchanges.

    Please make sure to keep your original packaging and order slip to include in your returning package so that we can process your exchange. We do our best to process exchanges within 5-10 days of receipt at our studio, but delays can happen.

    To start the process, contact us at aloha@somethingwild.co. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    ** Please note: We are unable to accept unapproved exchanges. Items customized, discounted over 30% of MSRP are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged or returned.

    Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

  • We do our best to help with repairs if we can, however please note that not all jewelry is repairable.

    If a repair is possible, we offer assistance within 1 year of purchase and may be subject to a repair fee. If a repair is not possible we can help with a replacement if needed.

  • We are unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

    We recommend selecting a secure shipping location where someone is always present to receive deliveries. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please email us at aloha@somethingwild.co as soon as possible. We’ll make our best attempt to change your address as long as the package has not been shipped. We cannot reroute a package once it has left our studio.

    If your package is missing, stolen, or lost in transit please contact us so we can assist you with your claim. While we’ll do everything we can to help you locate your package, we cannot refund or replace lost or stolen items.

  • Yes! Our collection is safe to swim and shower in.

    ** Rinse your SW jewelry with warm water after swimming in the ocean.

    However, we do strongly recommend removing pearls before getting wet. Pearls are very delicate gemstones that can be damaged and discolored very easily.

  • Please email us at aloha@somethingwild.co as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help cancel or adjust it, however, once an order is placed we cannot guarantee it’s cancellation.
